Pure milk kulfi, also known as Malai Kulfi, is a dense, creamy frozen dessert made by slowly simmering full-fat milk until it thickens and reduces, then freezing it with traditional flavorings like cardamom, saffron, and nuts. Unlike regular ice cream, kulfi is not churned, resulting in a richer, more compact texture without air whipped into it.
