Sulaimani Chai (often spelled Sulemani Chai) is a traditional spiced black tea, popular in the Malabar region of Kerala and in Hyderabad, which is characterized by its absence of milk, golden-amber color, and a unique sweet-and-sour flavour profile. A 50g pack typically provides enough dry tea mixture for multiple servings of this refreshing, aromatic brew, which is commonly consumed after heavy meals to aid digestion.

How to Prepare (General Instructions for Mix):
Boil 150ml – 200ml of water.
Add approximately 1/2 teaspoon (roughly 2g) of the Sulaimani Chai mix to the boiling water.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes to allow the spices to release their aroma.
Add sugar, jaggery, or honey to taste.
Strain and serve hot.
Optional: Add a fresh squeeze of lemon or fresh mint leaves for extra zest.
