A Peanut Butter Blossom is a soft, chewy peanut butter cookie that is rolled in granulated sugar before baking and then topped with a milk chocolate candy, typically a Hershey’s Kiss, immediately after it comes out of the oven. The residual heat from the warm cookie slightly melts the base of the chocolate, which then firms up as the cookie cools, creating its signature “blossom” shape.
